The Regional Sales Manager is the leader for sales in the US East region. The RSM supports and guides the team as they build relationships and position digital primary source collections to the research and academic community at US elite academic institutions in the territory. Working closely with colleagues based across the UK and North America, the RSM
- Leads and mentors a strong and strategic sales team
- Meets and exceeds sales targets
- Builds strong relationships with decision-makers and leaders at Tier 1 institutions
- Stays close to metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years successful sales experience in Higher
Education/Libraries - Experience and success as a sales team manager, or other relevant sales leadership
success - History of securing large and complex sales in Higher Education/Libraries
- Willingness to travel 40-45%
Salary: $125-135K base plus sales incentives
