Digital Marketing Specialist (US)

The Talent Search Group  at PiP is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client, an EdTech supporting K-5 literacy with an AI-powered tutoring platform.  

The Data Marketing Specialist leads and executes digital marketing strategies that generate demand, build brand awareness, engage target audiences across channels, and drive pipeline—with a primary focus on social media. This role will support full-funnel demand generation by delivering targeted, compelling campaigns that convert awareness into action.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or demand generation 
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic digital channels and how to leverage them to drive awareness and engagement
  • Proven track record of executing social media and digital campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.

Candidates must live in the US. Base salary is around $85K.
