The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in running and optimizing talent management programs in support of the business unit, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted partner in support of all types of HR related matters. The HRBP is a self-starter, able to work with a high degree of initiative, and is comfortable with a blend of hands-on execution and forward-thinking strategic leadership.
In this role, the HRBP
- Partners with employees, supervisors, managers and directors in providing day-to-day leadership and solutions to Business Unit HR needs
- Works closely with leadership and HR team to ensure their business unit is appropriately resourced and prepared to support business objectives
- Drives the Talent Management agenda, ensuring that internal talent health and development is always at the forefront
- Leverages metrics, identifies problem areas within the business unit, develops and executes strategies to rectify issues, improve employee engagement and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience working in a manager role
- Strong Knowledge of state Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights and Health and Safety legislation
- Experience in dealing with large client base
- Ideally experience with Sales or Services teams in Tech/SaaS companies
Location: Remote, candidates must live in US, able to work Eastern time zone
Salary: $120-125K plus benefits
