The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in running and optimizing talent management programs in support of the business unit, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted partner in support of all types of HR related matters. The HRBP is a self-starter, able to work with a high degree of initiative, and is comfortable with a blend of hands-on execution and forward-thinking strategic leadership.
The HRBP
- Partners with employees, supervisors, managers and directors in providing day-to-day
leadership and solutions to Business Unit HR needs. - Works closely with leadership and HR team to ensure their business unit is appropriately
resourced and prepared to support business objectives. - Drives the Talent Management agenda, ensuring that internal talent health and
development is always at the forefront. - Leverages metrics, identifies problem areas within the business unit, develops and executes strategies to rectify issues, improve employee engagement and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience working in a manager role.
- Strong Knowledge of state Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights and Health and Safety legislation.
- Experience in dealing with large client base.
- Advanced computer skills, and knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Salary: $120-125K plus benefits
