The Senior Manager, Partnership Sales, leads sales engagements across Canadian postsecondary and workforce organizations, pursuing and securing transformative, multi-year partnerships aligned to institutional priorities and workforce impact goals
The Senior Manager will
- Sell into the Canadian higher-education and workforce ecosystems with credibility and depth—navigating executive-level decision cycles, funding models, procurement constraints, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Lead the development of comprehensive ecosystem strategies that drive national partnership growth, leveraging your deep understanding of postsecondary, industry and regional needs.
- Identify and create new markets and initiatives by strategically cultivating relationships with senior partners, securing funding, and driving licensing opportunities.
- Deliver against an individual new business quota, ensuring growth is aligned to partner readiness, impact goals, and long-term success.
Travel is required, up to 25% per year.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategic business development, ecosystem partnership management, and engaging with key stakeholders across public, private, and academic sectors, with extensive experience with Canadian institution and partners
- A proven track record in successfully shaping or selling high-value, multi-year agreements with senior decision-makers across a range of partners, including government agencies, non-profits, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Deep knowledge of Post Secondary Institutions, with a proven ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Experience and comfort navigating politics, ambiguity, and competing institutional priorities
- A track record of performing in evolving, fast-moving environments
- Experience selling OPM preferred
- Understanding of experiential learning and workforce readiness preferred
Salary: $120-125K CDN + incentives and benefits
