The Talent Search Group at PIP is seeking a Pilot Manager, K-12 Sales (US) on behalf of our client, an EdTech supporting K-8 literacy with an AI-powered tutoring platform.
The Pilot Manager works with the Sales team to drive conversion of pilots in territories and schools across the US. The Pilot Manager works closely with the Sales team and brings a combination of Sales experience and drive with Customer Success skills in account support and project management. This an individual contributor, customer-facing position.
Essential Functions:
- Drive conversion of pilots through relationships and account knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Success colleagues.
- Product Expertise & Feedback.
- Use Product Data to drive conversions and uncover issues.
- Manage and Mitigate Risk.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Success experience in EdTech SaaS.
- Proven record of success in meeting Sales quotas or Success renewal measures.
- Preferred: Experience in education administration and/or a start-up organization.
- Preferred: Strong grounding in Reading Assessment, Science of Reading research, and data-driven instruction.
