Execution and Results
What does your campaign management process look like (e.g., setup, optimization, testing)?
PIP handles all parts of the setup and management. If you have a team already, we become an integrated part of your team. Our goal is to take as much off your plate as possible. Pacing and optimizations are typically made 3 times a week.
What does success look like, and what Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) do you track?
We will work with you to help achieve your goals. Whether it be increasing the number of leads, bringing down your cost per lead with new tactics, reaching a new audience, diversifying your marketing strategy, increasing revenue, or achieving a certain ROAS.
What is your approach to A/B testing and optimization?
Testing is a big part of marketing. Our approach is proactive, not reactive. We leverage all the tools at our disposal to test variations of all creative elements. Testing is ongoing to make sure that we are staying ahead of the curve.
How quickly will I start seeing measurable results?
Results may vary, but clients can expect to see results within 4–12 weeks post-launch.
How soon will the ad start running?

Reporting and Communication
Who will be my primary point of contact?
Each client gets their own account manager and access to the full digital services team (including designers, conversion tracking specialist, paid media managers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and more).
How often will we communicate, and in what format?
We typically meet on a weekly basis to go over campaign performance and get approvals, but we can establish a rhythm that best suits you. Updates and discussions happen via video call, email, and Slack.
Do I get performance reporting?
All clients get performance reporting on a weekly basis. They get access to a live report and a reporting call each week.
What tools and software do you use to manage and analyze campaigns?

Clients will own their ad accounts and data if they choose to leave.
What is the client onboarding process?
Start with full discovery, then audit of current assets, then setting up accounts, then campaigns build, QA then approvals, launch, and management, and then reporting.
