About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in driving revenue and fostering client relationships, specifically in the higher education sector. In this part-time, contract role, you will work with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within the higher education market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including deans, department heads, and procurement officers.
- Market Development: Research trends and needs within higher education to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Assess client challenges and present solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track prospects, manage the sales process, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in higher education or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field (preferred).
