About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quantitative Customer Insights Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze complex surveys and datasets to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our research initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Design and Execution:
- Develop and code complex surveys in Qualtrics, leveraging advanced survey flow features.
- Ensure survey designs capture meaningful data aligned with research objectives.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze survey results and datasets using tools like R, Q, SPSS, or Power BI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform customer behavior and business strategy.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations to present insights to stakeholders.
- Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings with confidence and precision.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the research process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any inconsistencies or errors in survey data or analyses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Qualtrics, with the ability to code complex surveys.
- Expertise in one or more of the following tools: R, Q, SPSS, or Power BI.
- Excellent skills in data visualization, with experience creating impactful charts and graphics for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently present insights and findings to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer insights, quantitative research, or related fields is highly preferred.
Location: Remote.
Hours: Part-Time, Up to 20 Hours Per Week.
Pay Rate: $25-$40/hr.
