Partnership Marketing and Activation Specialist will work closely with internal Project Managers to complete the objectives of assigned projects that range from lead generation, sales support, customer onboarding and training, marketing, and market research.

Duties and Responsibilities

The primary job duties include, but are not limited to the below responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the assigned client, technology, and its associated key competitive products and services
  • Implement, drive, and advance the strategies, programs, and solutions of our clients
  • Promote products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Lead educational sessions with the customers and prospective customers to support closing deals
  • Complete pre-sales virtual demonstrations
  • Support the successful onboarding and training of our clients’ customers
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns
  • Support the development of creative, results-focused, marketing concepts
  • Understand the clients’ product life cycles, pricing programs, and technology advantages
  • Identify, initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but will consider AA or GED
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer facing role preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • A strong aptitude for digital technology
  • A positive attitude and a drive to succeed at the job
  • The ability to multi-task and adhere to multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge and competence with MS Office and G-suite tools
